Refund Policy

CertVita conducts the training sessions as per the planned schedules. However, if we come across some unprecedented circumstances and require to cancel or postpone a session, we process a refund for the registered candidates. They are eligible for a refund in the following cases;

• Trainer’s unavailability on the allotted date
• For our own reasons (Including location issues, Delayed services)
• Occurrence of natural disasters

The above refund policy is applicable to all training programs we provide. CertVita assists its candidates and assures them of getting their due claims fulfilled. They may state their concerns at info@certvita.com
